Withdrawals to mobile wallets are typically the fastest. Withdrawals above a certain threshold require identity verification (CNIC) before they process.

Mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, Easypaisa) are usually processed within a few hours. Bank transfers and card withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank. If a withdrawal has been pending for longer than expected, contact support with your withdrawal reference.

Common reasons for withdrawal delays include: pending identity verification (CNIC not yet submitted), an active bonus with wagering requirements not yet met, a first-time withdrawal requiring additional checks, or a bank-side processing delay.
